Dan’s strong work ethic was shaped by his upbringing as the son of a farmer, where problem-solving was part of everyday life.
He began his career by completing an apprenticeship with a small business in Moonee Ponds, specializing in residential, small commercial, and split-system air conditioning. Working on many older homes, his ability to troubleshoot and find solutions became invaluable. Over the course of eight years, Dan not only ran jobs but also mentored and trained his own apprentice.
Eager to expand his skills, Dan transitioned to a larger company focused on large-scale commercial projects. It didn’t take long before he was managing his own jobs, earning a reputation for his calm, methodical approach to electrical work. His ability to stay composed and approach challenges systematically ensured that projects ran smoothly and efficiently, minimizing disruptions and delays.
